Well, there are nuclear bombs, which not only kill directly, but also kill through radiation poisoning. The only problem with killing humans indiscriminately is that...you never know exactly WHO you are killing. You might be killing the next Adolph Hitler, but you might also be killing the person who will invent the cure for cancer.
