Colombia. Teenager Carlos E. M, was driving a Boxer motorcycle and collided with another bike. As a result Carlos died and the other got injured.

I doubt it too. Still, would be interesting to see if it might have. With the number of bike crashes, hard to imagine NOT wearing one - but they rarely do.
