Firstly: what a shit sound track to be dying to! Secondly: His heart is uninjured by direct bullet fire. Thirdly: His mechanism for sucking-in air is broken. There is no "negative pressure," inside his interpleural space... that means there is no means for generating a pressure gradient... means he'll never be able to take in a full breath of air unless someone duct-tapes up the hole(s). Both his lungs were pierced(if blood is from bullet holes), & thus both his left and his right lungs are collapsing. NOT COLLAPSED100% since not all 5 lung lobes were damaged(i presume)... but pretty much mostly collapsed... That shit with the duct tape really does work in real life(I'm not a doctor:)! |
