Aftermath - Two Men Killed After Pharmacy Marquee Collapsed
Two men died and a child was injured after the marquee of a pharmacy collapsed on Thursday (11) in Alagoinhas, Bahia state, Brazil. The victims were identified as Jairo R.C., 71, who died on the spot, and street vendor Isailson G.d.S., whose age has not been disclosed. Isailson was taken to a health unit, but couldn't resist his injuries. The child was grazed and did not need to be taken to hospital. According to the city's Civil Defense, the cause of the fall was the accumulation of water in the marquee. The building will undergo an inspection and has been closed. |
