Aftermath - Mechanic Killed After Having His Head Crushed By Bus
A mechanic died on Monday afternoon (1) while performing maintenance on a bus in the Compensa neighbourhood, in the West Zone of Manaus, Amazonas state, Brazil. According to witnesses, the mechanic, 56-year-old Mário d.S.S., was evaluating the vehicle's suspension when the part above the wheel (the 'wheel housing', apparently) fell onto and crushed his head, killing him instantly.
