Lots of bus attacks in this region, if this is indeed a video from that region. Lawlessness. Its makes one wonder. If nations want to make the world a better place, why not invade these places. In medieval times, populations like that would be exterminated to make way for productive citizens and feudal lords. But we are too civilized to do something like that anymore so all we can do is watch the populations massacre and exterminate themselves until...well, until jesus and the cows come home, i guess.
