Aftermath - Brazilian Motorcyclist Was Decapitated After Accident
In Timóteo, Minas Gerais state, a motorcyclist, identified as R.A.F.S., was decapitated when he collided into a pickup truck. R. did not possess a driver's license. The driver of the pickup truck remained on scene, and according to police, showed signs of drunkenness.
