our family have generations of relatives who worked for middle east as contract workers. Not one of them have a nice thing to say when it comes to how muslims treat non-muslims. but to agree with your suggestions, i can say that it was only this last 30 years that they summoned up the courage to go to the next level and brave the world with their daring when all the terrorists all over the world promised their support to all those who would create chaos, oppose progressive countries, take up arms in war against non believers and take what they want.
Do you have any Moro relatives or know any Moros? I do but they're too distantly related so I don't know what they're like (except my sister and I were given an Abu Sayyaf flag/kerchief thing when we were little. It was quickly thrown out)
