Re: Africa: Thief Burned to Death
It be cool should the punishment fit the crime ... Judged guilty Murderers ,pedos and the like ... but for theft ! seems a tad harsh |

Re: Africa: Thief Burned to Death
To all the "He had to have raped somebody! They wouldn't hit his dick just for theft. Maybe it was a kid, too." people. So stripping a guy, beating him everywhere else, and LIGHTING HIM ON FIRE IN THE PUBLIC STREET, oh and RECORDING IT ON VIDEO TO POST ONLINE makes sense here but the dick-beating does not? People who grab strangers, strip them, beat them, and then set them on fire would SURELY only do LOGICAL THINGS? I'd think the whole "setting him on fire" thing is far WORSE than a dick-beating, but you think him getting dick-beat means ANYTHING more than these people are simply CRAZED MONSTERS? Hey. If they're angry enough to BURN THE GUY IN THE STREET, why is beating him in the dick off limits except in case he raped someone? "Oh come now, Maxi! They only stripped him, beat him, and set him on fire. He must've REALLY done something awful if they beat his dick! You don't beat the dicks of GOOD people. Strip them, beat the rest of their body, and set them on fire, suuure, but dick-beating? I call shenanigans." No words for you. Just... wow... |

Re: Africa: Thief Burned to Death
I guess he could have been a child molester (but I agree that hitting his penis with random blocks of wood is no more evidence of that than lighting him on fire implies he's an arsonist) Who knows? He could have stolen a box of cookies for his starving siblings. Most of these mob mentality videos look like they could be ignited (excuse the pun) by an angry shop owner chasing a guy out of his store shouting 'thief!' 'thief!' And it just snowballs from there. We'll never know to what extent the punishment fit the crime. I stole a chocolate bar once and my Dad marched me back and made me apologize (I'm not convinced the store clerk knew why we were returning a chocolate bar wrapper) |
