It's funny how big of a difference thievery is treated here in the US vs Africa. If someone was caught stealing in the US, you probably call the cops. If you witnessed someone stealing, you probably wouldn't say anything because why get that involved? Apparently in Africa, you just start destroying people's genitalia and light them on fire in the middle of the street. I feel like one is better than the other..
