I've read it.

War has always had a profit margin. Going as far back as our history allows. Alexander The Great, who conquered much of the known world. In order to solidify his power to his people abolished taxes. So his only income was to invade and conquer.

Went from being a nothing territory to the richest empire ever to that point in 3 years. And it's been about that ever since.

I guess no dancing and no music also includes no theater or laughter. Unless, of course, the taliban wants any of those things for themselves. Bunch of hypocrites who care far more about control than about their religion. I’m sure the flying spaghetti Allah would be proud.
