When guys look like this after an IED or VBED they get loaded in as much the same position as is possible you have a patient who is clearly AB with probable C being compromised and the twist may be working as MAST so to allow the damage to work to your advantage big picture you don’t want to compromise anymore damage by trying to untwist the body so they stay as they lay on to the board strap up down stick a line and keep them talking no P/Ks BP is probably to low anyway so utilize pain to keep the BP up by using pain unless of course they have a negative rhythm
