Firstly, this is a she, not a 'he'... and she was riding her scooter until some really big truck decided to come along and run her over. Apparently she was alive for some time afterward but her injuries were so extreme that she eventually succumbed to them. You can see that her entire body has been twisted in at least 3 places and at more than 360 degrees in total.

How horrendous to know that some jack ass is filming your most possible last moments on earth. I cant imagine the horror of living with those injuries, twisted every which way. I am glad to see someone with a little bit of heart held on to his hand...give him a connection to the world still

i think his guts are all hanging out of his pelvis, and covered by that blue clothing. also check out the hand that is under his crotch, it is grey compared to the other. arm completely detached? one good case AGAINST helmets.

We dont fuck around with our pets when their sick do we? The medic should be able to make the call and euthanaise there and then like we do to horses on the racetrack that crack legs. Fuck religion and what some maybe existent maybe non-existent god thinks. Fuck him....he created this shit if he exists. Put the poor mutha fucker out of his misery. If that was me I would want to be euthanaised!!!!!!!
