Damn near 40. Never seen anything remotely as fucked up on the street in America. Not saying there isn't ever something like this here, but just crazy to me how in some places its maybe not common, but not uncommon.

it might be slightly less common but it definitely still happens here. we just have more laws/restrictions in place to scare people away from documenting/sharing it when it does.
