That would have been one hell of an impact! A helmet wouldn't have saved that guy. This also got me wondering, when shit like this happens, which parts on the ground are collected with the body and which ones are washed away (and why?). To go up the other end of the spectrum: If a body is split in two, then the two pieces are taken away and buried/cremated together.. but what about several hundred pieces? Where is the line drawn as to what is 'corpse' and what is 'waste'?
