Or using a cellphone or not paying attention to the road or a myriad of other things… .. When I’m in my car driving I pay attention to what’s in front of me. I look in my side view mirrors and rear view regularly.. I live where there’s a lot of elk and deer. An elk will ruin your day if you run into it.. |

I had wondered myself if the motorcyclist was the actual victim, but the story said it was the 70yr old walking across the road that got run over as well.  It's really hard to make out from the video.
