60 Years Old Man Walking Down the Street with Wife's Head
From source: Pune, Oct 9: In an absolutely shocking incident, an old man was seen casually walking the streets of Pune in Maharashtra with his wife’s severed head. The man, identified as 60-year-old Ramachandra Chavan, was caught by the traffic police after he shocked passersby with the sight of a woman’s head in his left hand. The incident occurred in the morning of Friday, October 9 at Katraj in Pube. Ramachandra Chavan aka Ramu allegedly beheaded his 55-year-old wife Sonabai using an axe that he was holding in one hand. He then walked around with the severed head until he was arrested by beat constables, as shown in the video. The man was reportedly mentally unstable and killed his wife apparently due to an extramarital affair. |

I've worked with many people from India and I have no doubt all of them would be absolutely horrified by that video, but there are some small pockets of society in various countries where murdering someone for having an affair is considered "acceptable." Walking around with their head might be another matter... I wonder if he'll have to pay a fine for walking around with her head but face no charges for the murder itself.

His 55 year old wife was having an affair....yeah, sure.  I think he had a psychotic break and he just killed her.
