This is Ecuador, Third World wastebasket. I wouldn’t be the least bit surprised to find out the police were behind this. Soccer is religion in Ecuador, you couldn’t take their eyes off the soccer game with 5 to 7 people being shot and killed within close range The team the killer was voting for loses by default. |
