Do the police not carry guns over there? The news said he was throwing money at the people he hit. I don’t see how that’s possible from these videos. Then again they also said he was driving at a slow rate of speed, which obviously wasn’t the case

Not much a person can do to defend against mass vehicle homicide like that. Once you figure out what's going on, the driver is a block away killing more people. As we are finding out, car vs pedestrian can be a horribly effective method for terrorism/mass killing. I fear it is a wave of the future. |
