4 Semi-open Prisoners Inside Car Treated on 35 Bullets Leaving 2 Dead

Brazil, Yesterday morning around 6:40 AM when inmates of a semi-open prison, identified as A.W.C.d.C (30), J. C. P. (49), A.T. B. (31 ) and one identified as E, were traveling aboard a white VW in the center of the city, when they were attacked by gunmen inside a black SUV-type vehicle that fired around 35 9mm-caliber bullets at the VW occupants resulting in the death of A.W.C.d.C (30) and J. C. P. (49).

A.T.B (31) and E. managed to escape from the vehicle, resulting in A.T.B having a gunshot wound at the leg and receiving medical attention at the Regional Hospital where he was transferred to.

Military Police told that E. has fled the scene of the attack and is expected to present himself in the next few hours to the agents of the semi-open prison system, where authorities believe that the target of the gunmen could be A.W.C.d.C since the other three would only hitchhiked with him and headed for the long-distance bus terminal from which each would follow their own way.
