We provide security cameras for companies and residence here in the Philippines. A good HD camera with PTZ just costs less than 60 USD but it is still too much for them. Does not even consider the fact that it could be very useful in identification purposes in time to come. Most of them are content with having poor grade cameras around. Cameras that gets shattered pixels if you zoom in the videos recorded .
