I served as well. That doesn't exactly give you some authority on the matter just because either of us did. Did you see combat? What was your MOS? If you really don't know that Saddam kept those extremists under check and removing him made it worse, you're the idiot. Who do you think put him in power? Who trained him? ISIS is just Al-Qaeda under a new name.

Taji is a city in Iraq and even has Camp Taji (also called Cooke) which is 20 miles north of Baghdad.
