3 Killed Outside Smoke Shop Uktra Kiss, Atlanta, One in a Wheelchair

One of the victims in Sunday morning’s incident was a wheelchair-bound man who nearby a nearby business owner said was well known in the area.

“He is one of the regulars that come out, hang out, and sits in the front of the parking lot,” said the business owner.

I live in the borough of Queens of NYC & this behavior is ubiquitous in non-white neighborhoods. I live in Richmond Hill (6 blocks from the border of Jamaica) which is predominantly Guyanese, Trinidadian & Indian. Jamaica is predominantly black. But it's the blacks from Jamaica that hang out at the end of my street in front of a parking lot blasting music, yelling over the music, littering & obstructing the sidewalk. I've called 911 3x's & 311 over a dozen times to no avail. Cops never show up. When I go into Jamaica there's a large group of blacks, 10 or more, that hang out in front of a convenience store very close to the subway station doing the same plus smoking weed, drinking & harassing people (mostly white females) as they have to walk past them to get into the subway. And regularly yelling & fighting occurs. This same scenario plays out at most corners throughout Jamaica. You do not see this behavior in the surrounding white neighborhoods. I'm so fucking tired of it. It's an eyesore & disrupts any peace & quiet that the residents here & there deserve.
