3 Killed After Dump Truck Hit Their Car
Colombia, The car suffered a mechanical problem yesterday and invaded the other lane where it hit a dump truck resulting in the death of 3 people and leaving two injured. The fatal victims were identified as V.D.P, driver of the car, his two companions, C.A.G, 52 years old, and a teenager, who goes by the name of D.G.R. The injured people are two minors, E.G.R. and Y.P.G, who were transferred to the hospital and later referred to a higher level care center. The driver of the dump truck suffered minor injuries in his face.  |

Looks like the airbag in the drivers stomach deployed just fine but still couldn’t save him.

They are very valuable and important teaching moments, if you use them wisely. Of course, with the kind of people creating the carnival atmosphere that we normally see around these things, I don’t think there’s much teaching going on in those places…  |

But a helmet will not protect you from concussion. And with the violent forces involved in this accident it would still be lethal. |
