3 Dead in Car Wreck After They Hit a Tractor Trailer
Tuesday morning, May 26th, a motorist lost control in a curve, invaded the opposite direction and collided with a tractor trailer instantly killing the driver, 27 and a 29 year-old man in the backseat while his brother, 23, sitting on the passenger seat was rescued and brought to the hospital where he died one week later. The driver of the tractor trailer was not injured. |

On closer inspection, I don't think that's his eye hanging out. Rather a swollen cheek bone that's about golf ball size.
