It looks like the guys administering the 'help', are actually compressing her upper chest without letting up. They might be faking CPR, but I'm not sure how the chest compression would help her in any way. It seems like they might be trying to exacerbate her internal injuries rather than remedy them, if there was any remedy available in the first place.
