Years ago in my college days: There was a women in class who was an ex-EMT. She worked on an accident victim whos brain was lying 10 feet away. They still had to hook up the obviously dead body up to a machine to "Prove" death. She didn't want to do it but her boss/supervisor made her. So YES you are Correct Legal and insurance purposes. That way when they are in Court and some dumb ass attorney say, "How do you know they were dead?"  |
