In Yekaterinburg, 21-year-old Denis B. killed himself by jumping from the 13th floor of an apartment building.

At first, Denis managed to go down to the floor below without falling, before he stood for a long time on the edge of the balcony while his friends tried to persuade him to climb inside. Employees of the National Guard arrived at scene, but Denis let go and fell to his death.

According to the stepfather of the deceased, Denis had lived alone for some time, but in recent months he returned to live with them. Friends said that the guy worked part-time in catering.

According to eyewitnesses, the young man was initially on the 14th floor, and then went down the outside of the building to the 13th. He could no longer continue his descent. Eyewitnesses who observed the tragedy also noted that at some point the young man began to shake.

In this same building, two years ago - in August 2022 - a young woman fell from a window on the 22nd floor. She died.

He was always a cheerful, wild guy, he loved to climb everywhere. He climbed rocks, trees. He loved extreme sports, - said Denis's friend named Evgeniy. - And then he apparently decided to just go down the balconies and fell. His hand started shaking and he let go.

Natalia, Denis's mother, believes that her son was under someone's influence at that time. She says that he had mental problems - he was easily influenced. At the same time, the guy loved sports, did not smoke, drank rarely in reasonable quantities. He looked after his health. Natalia also noted that her son did not take drugs.

However, an acquaintance of the deceased told that drugs were still in Denis's life, but he quit them. According to her, he used illegal substances with the guys at his previous job.

Then, when he got a job as a courier, he started earning more and stopped using. He said that he was tired of it. The girl also added that, probably, Denis could have been using drugs recently.

However, according to her, none of the acquaintances of the deceased could believe what happened - Denis loved life.
