I would like a ban on all e-vehicles unless they are registered, plated and licensed under motor vehicle codes (meaning e-cars or e-motorcycles). Every other e-vehicle should be taken off the market, just like Obama did with incandescent light bulbs.

Pedal bikes and real skateboards are fine as is because they do not have the speed and acceleration of e-vehicles.
