Poor kid, he was sort of cute. I wouldn't doubt that the cops did plant drugs on him. I am certain that it happens all the time. In either case, he was mentally ill. Sometimes people lose hope and give up too soon. Was it one of his "friends" recording this? Crazy or not, he had commitment and courage. |
