Ecuador, V. R. I. E. (35) was standing in the street around noon today when 2 thugs on a bike appeared. One of them shot and killed him at close range.

~ Total setup. ~ He got called to meet someone on that spot, then the hitmen showed up instead. He probably did something he thought he got away with. |
