Ouch, looks like that this woman who is talking is dying a slow death by suffocation. she´s wounded at the back and it seems that she has a pneumothorax. it is easy to help her, but no one seems to care. lol...

I'm an EMT in Fresno, She needs an occlusive dressing fo sho. Get these alot with stab wounds. She's gonna die of a collapsed lung for sure without first aid and even if she were to be given that, she'd probably get tension pneumothorax and die of that. She's a goner no matter what where she is.
