The platform is part of a driveway, not designed for pedestrians.
A witness who narrowly escaped the accident told that he did not realize pedestrians are banned from the area because there were neither signs nor staff workers to caution them.

1. What is their translation of driveway? That looks like the shoulder of a damn highway, right before an exit.
2. Boggles my mind how people think....there's no signage here or anyone telling us we can't stand here, on the side of a highway, watching planes land and takeoff,which we could've easily achieved with YouTube, as they aren't even that exciting.

According to Wu, Yang became highly nervous and lost control of her car when a car behind them continued to honk.

I believed her excuse until I saw the new footage of the accident. She was speeding and passing everyone like a road-raged-ass. Her excuse doesn't hold water.
