i am from venezuela...i lived in caracas...this lynchs happens in the places called "barrios" barriadas" i think that you call "suburbs"...anyway,this is the result of years of injustice,and the cops here only serve for "warm the chair" and also are criminals indeed....several times the cops arrested me because i listen to rock...even if i am a profesional...and of course the guilty of all this have the goberment of hugo chavez a fucking idiot moron...
