Happens all time on DR, typical of countries with no yearly vehicle inspection - the front brakes are either not working at all or barely. Rear wheels lock up and its like using the handbrake. Its also possible that the hydraulic system was non functional and only the cable-operated rear brakes were operational with the handbrake. Either way, shouldn't have been on the road. |

Well genius, you dont watch the videos with the Europeans driving sensibly and arriving at their destination safely do you? It's good to meet a spokesman for every single driver in the whole of the US though "we never approach slower vehicles at their speed"  do you have any idea how dumb sweeping statements like that make you sound?You mean you dont do those things. That's a statement I can respect. |
