People in the USA drive less aggressively. We never approach slower vehicles on the highway at their speed + 60 kph, flash our headlights and assume they will get out of your way. That's kind of retarded in a way. The USA has its share of bad driving, but self centered asshole driving with attitude is uncommon in most of the USA. Surprisingly, in Chicago where I live, we have some of the least aggressive driving I have seen anywhere in the world and almost never do we have drivers with attitude.
