Here’s a thought… how about you just start enforcing the laws you already have… I never understood this mentality… like everything that led up to these things that everyone gets all bent out of shape about the results was already illegal to begin with… what makes you think tightening the “grip” with more laws is going to make any difference… it’s so simple have your police force do their job and if the don’t or can’t then hire more weed out the weak and the good results that you want will soon follow… what was that county that just had one of their elected leaders go through an entire town and just arrest every single person who was suspected of being gang affiliated… their streets are clean as a whistle now… what a surprise… they did their job and good results came to be…
