If the water was too shallow in that sort of clear water it would be obvious. From I can see there are no obvious rock formations unlike those to the right of both jumpers. I say high enough for a knock-out! Survival would have been eminent if someone was close enough to the shore to swim out for the rescue and resuscitate. P.S. When one dies from the first jump, find your way down to save him; not the same way that caused the injury.

That depends entirely upon the height from which you jump, and the position in which you impact into the water. If you strike the water in a vertical position, offering little in the way of area impact, you'll most likely survive even if it's from a height greater than this bridge; on the other hand, if you're in a horizontal position, or close to it, yeah, from one-hundred feet, you can die. I believe this water was too shallow.
