its fake i used to go cliff jumping here at the resivoirs off of cliffs 80+ feet high you have to land strait or else! (we were younger and did stupid shit) the first guy looked like he jumped and landed sideways he prob got the wind knocked out of him at most the second guy landed fine  |

Way too shallow especially for the first guy - he was at the surface immediately. The second guy jumped further out and although went deeper he still surfaced relatively quickly. My theory  is that there is some structure underneath the surface supporting the concrete that is visable which the first jumper hit instantly then panicked and the second jumper who jumped further out caught the same reinforment but further along and at a deeper point. Tragic - what scares me is the fact that the camera guy's mates aren't moving but he continues to film, there's no screams of shock or anything and nobody runs or shouts for help ... |

Yeah either the water is too shallow or there just happened to be somthing directly under where they jumped that the landed on. Friends of mine used to like to jump off into this small river we frequented without checking what was in there. They weren't jumping from a high spot, but, if there is a jagged tree trunk or a boulder under there you are FUCKED. I refused to jump unless I check the water first.
