Thats a terrible situation, but how fucking dumb can ya be-your buddy jumps in and gets knocked out or is dead, soooooo ya jump off the same part of the bridge from the same height and expect to be on an episode of Baywatch.....not to smart my friend  |

Does anyone have knowledge about La Quebrada fine jumpers in Acapulco, Mexico? Those jumpers jump into water also from a considerable height, and they usually survive. Is it possible to compare the two kinds of jump? Thanks in advance for any opinion.

hmmm don't know if this is for real or not, but i definitely beleive it's possible, hitting the water that fast can easily kill you as catalyzt posted. poor guys probably just had one to many drinks and though this was a good idea, to bad

maybe it is not a matter of killing or not, but a matter of being paralyzed. Both of them may have broken something on their spine and because of this they stopped moving. They may have not died, but may well got paralyzed for the rest of their lives =\

To the fucking retards who keep stating "Water becomes like concrete at a certain height". I regularly go tombstoning, which is where you jump from a cliff or a bridge into water. The highest ive jumped is about 40 feet, now dont get me wrong it fucking hurts and a few people have broken a bone or two in the past. But its more down to how you land. Basically..this wasnt high enough to kill them, the water doesnt look that shallow. However they both jumped with no shape, smashing themselves badly. TLDR: Not high enough for damage, but they jumped liked pussies, probly broke a bone or two if theyre lucky. |
