I think you might qualify as the severally mentally impaired spokesperson, but for not "us all." Remember that repetitive admonition from yourself: "Please be quiet. Remain silent." |

but, why the driver did not see it ? is the drive also using phone ? yeah, using phone while driving is realy bad and using phone while walking also bad.
