They COULD have survived. I bet the girl that hit the fence, as long as she didnt hit the metal, harder part, survived. The girl that webt to the left of the fence, it looked to me like she nailed one of the guys that was siting on the edge, that could have saved her. Now if the car was going fast enough that the impact of that alone killed them, very possible

How is that guy lucky? That could have been his life long girlfriend and his sister? Then he might be unlucky to have survived.

I think I have a solution...everyone must be issued with, and learn to walk on stilts.
Its called 2 girls and one very lucky guy because there were 2 girls sitting on the wall where the car crashed but didnt get hit,neither did the guy.Looks like you would not of seen it coming either then!!!
