They're pretty much all the way through it. It's not anything special so doesn't matter. Just shows the victims all being taken to hospital. The kids are crying outside the ambulances, being held by adults.

Ive been to Ecuador over a dozen times over the years, I swear this stuff wasnt happening so often just 15 years ago things seem to be ramping up there.
