I have read in some states in the USA one doesn't even have to wear a helmet on a motorbike? Seems insane to me, your head is like a watermelon when it hits the road. The helmet laws are good here and I have never heard of people bitching about their "rights" being violated. I guess it's easier to put into effect here as we have x10 less the population you have and like 43 less states. Every county and its laws are different but ultimately one must take responsibility for ones own safety whether it's the law or not  |
