Ecuador. Five police officers were killed and another agent injured in a day of attacks against the National Police, which began in the early hours of November 1 and has included several attacks with explosives.   |

Scratch Ecuador from my retirement list. Ecuador always seemed to make those top places for Americans to retire to lists, but lately there's been a lot of cartel violence.
