Yep, I saw that too. Looks like the tan seatbelts from that old Ciena I had were put to good use down in Guatemala. What's not to like, you can tighten them real easily, unbuckle in a second, get them for free from discarded cars...

The victims of most fatal crimes didn't know when their time is coming either, so...it seems like a more or less equitable arrangement.
