The current flu season has not begun to grow yet.
There IS a flu vaccine for this season, and MANY more people are taking it. I got mine in October, and I usually don't until November. Nearly everyone I know has gotten their flu shots. I expect this season to be a mild one for flu, as so many people are already taking precautions for Covid, and this helps contain the flu as well.
So the reason that flu numbers are dropping is that we have a vaccine for it, but there is no vaccine for Covid.
In addition, all the non-believers in Covid are short circuiting the efforts to contain it. No doubt you are one of them.
I'm sure every doctor and nurse working overtime to assist Covid patients really appreciates your contempt for their work and sacrifice.
Trump is going to have a hard time getting elected since every rally he has kills off more of his base. But that's between Trump and them.
