At least you got that right. They are compiling deaths WITH Covid-19, and that is the figure that is getting reported, not deaths FROM Covid-19. Two years ago, 64,000 Americans died from the flu during flu season. Imagine what that figure would be if they had reported deaths WITH the flu, in other words, dead people who tested positive for flu whatever else they may have died from. According to the CDC, total flu deaths in the 2018/2019 flue season were 34,000. When they say they died from Covid-19, that was the ACTUAL CAUSE OF DEATH. Underlying and chronic conditions don't count. They are listed as "contributing causes". But the ACTUAL CAUSE OF DEATH IS LISTED ON THE DEATH CERTIFICATE, AND IF IT SAYS COVID-19, then THAT'S what it was.
The CDC, County coroners, etc, are NOT faking death statistics.
Ask the woman who lives across the street from me, and is a respiratory nurse working 18 hour shifts. She's NOT doing it because of some liberal conspiracy. She's doing it because people are dying of Covid -19
If you can show me ONE inaccurate death certificate, I would like to see it. My family is full of nurses. One of them was a nursing instructor at Marquette University. I know a LOT of doctors. I don't know ANY of them who would be participating in some kind of idiotic conspiracy.

You aren't supposed to "believe" science, you are supposed to understand it. I stand by what I said, and you are attacking the standard straw man with your "conspiracy" talk. Whatever the reason, they are inflating the numbers. Reporting of flu deaths is quite conservative, and 79,000 Americans are reported by the CDC to have died from flu in the 2017-18 flu season. What changed? There is no need to destroy the world economy, wreck the livelihood of a billion people and stunt the social development of a generation of children just so you can do your virtue signalling and Aunt Tillie can play a few more rounds of canasta. Can we all agree that open fires indoors at places of entertainment are bad? This looks similar to the Chinese video on DR some time ago where the waitress pours alcohol into a table grill and the bottle turns into a flamethrower directed at the customers. I get scared whenever sweaty Greek waiters scream "OOOmpah!" and the cheese lights up and toasts the ceiling looking like the napalm air strike in Apocalypse Now.
