I mean… from my point of view the truck ignored a stop. If you’re riding down the main highway, even though you should be aware at all times of your surroundings, you wouldn’t expect a truck or a car to ignore the stop sign, you have right of way. IF she saw the truck from a distance, she probably expected it to stop, as it should have, and realized it wouldn’t when it was too late. The truck driver is the fucking piece of trash here. |
