I know what happen ! Folks locked the front door for him not get in as a punishment for been out of the house 2 days when he finally came back little did he know he was been locked out so he went and climbed all the way up to 21st floor just to find out his folks also locked the back windows and then he said fuck it and am not climbing down as might as well use all my super power I gained from playing videos games after all in in grand theft auto people fall from distant and don't die he though.

It seems he hit the building with the back of his head on the way down (hence the noise), so I would say he was either dead, or unconscious before he hit the ground.
